Do you want to take your sports performance to the next level? Four Seasons Sports Fitness is a functional training program for both athletes and the general population whose goal is to enhance performance in sports or every day life.
The program consists of dynamic flexibility followed by sport-specific circuit training emphasizing core, speed, power, strength and agility. Four Seasons has developed programs for numerous local high school and college athletic programs. The program concentrates on individual performance improvement by utilizing bands, medicine balls, stability balls, dumbbells and body weight exercises. All activities are specifically designed by a licensed sports medicine Physical Therapist to achieve your desired outcomes and to avoid season ending injuries.
